The Asus Zenfone 9 is one of the company’s upcoming devices and it’s set to launch on the 28th of July in a launch event that will be streamed on Youtube. Some of the specs of the device has been unveiled in a teaser video and i will be disclosing them in this article.
The display of the Zenfone 9 is a 5.9-inch Samsung AMOLED display which will feature a 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution and a selfie camera that’s housed in a punch hole cutout in the left corner.
Sitting at its helm, will be the Snapdragon 8+ gen 1. The RAM and storage size is currently unknown but has been speculated to be in two options which are either 8GB or 12GB and 128GB, or 256GB of storage.
Judging from the image renders, the camera array kinda reminds of the recently launched Tecno Camon 19 Pro but in this case, its a dual camera setup featuring a 50 MP main Sony IMX766 camera sensor which is present in the ROG phone 6 series, and for better videography, Asus will introduce a six-axis gimbal module for video stabilization.
Other features of the Zenfone 9 include a 4,300 mAh battery in place, IP68 water and dust resistant, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers and an audio jack.
The Zenfone 9 will come in Red, White, Blue, and Black colors(according to renders) and it’s speculated to be priced around the $300 to $500 range which is about 28,000 BDT to 47,000 BDT in Bangladesh.
