The Huawei P50 pocket is Huawei’s response to the release of the Z flip by Samsung and it was
released into the Global market towards the end of last year and also to the increasing demand
for smaller, portable smartphones.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 4G Processor and
an Adreno 660 GPU which is backed up with either an 8GB, or 12GB RAM depending on what you
prefer. the display is a 6.9 inches, 109.2 cm OLED screen that sports a high refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
The Huawei P50 pocket has no official IP rating. The storage space is in two options; either 256GB or
512GB and an option for expandable memory up to 1TB.
The main camera is a triple rear setup featuring a 14 MP, 26mm wide PDAF, 13 MP ultrawide, then, 32
MP cameras that are able to shoot videos in 4K at 30fps and 1080p at 30, 120, and 240fps. the selfie
camera is a centered punch-hole cutout sporting a 16.7 MP wide camera that can also shoot in 4K at
30fps and 1080p at 30fps. coming to the battery section, the Huawei p50 pocket will have a Li-Po
4000mAh non-removable battery that supports 40W of fast charging and 5W of reverse charging.
Its retail price is NGN 708,000.
