IQOO 10 and 10 Pro were launched earlier today in China as the first devices to feature 200W fast wireless charging, something Xiaomi was working on previously. (scroll down for quick look at specs)
The IQOO 10 Pro display is a curved 6.78-inches E5 AMOLED panel, which has a 1,440 x 3,200px resolution, and 120Hz of refresh rate which can be brought down as low as 1Hz thanks to the LTPO 3.0 Panel. It also hs a peak brightness of 1500 nits.
Powering the IQOO 10 Pro is the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 coupled with Vivo’s V1+ chip (which was built by Vivo for better gaming and photography performance), and 8/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM,plus either 256GB, or 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage (not expandable by memory card), you sure have nothing to worry about as regards to performance. The software is taken care of by Android 12 with OriginOS on top.
Looking into the star of the show, we’ve seen 65W fast charging, 120W fast charging, but this new 200W takes it to a whole new level. The iQOO 10 Pro has two battery cells which make up the total power of 4,700mAh. the device comes with a GaN charger and a USB-C cable which can take the device from 0% to 100% in just 10 minutes, isn’t that mind-blowing.
Though its only a GaN charger that can achieve such, PPS chargers are also supported at an impressive 65W and wireless charging is peaked at 50W and reverse charging is supported also. Looking at these numbers, one would think China is experiencing regular power outages.
There are Triple cameras at the rear of the IQOO 10 Pro, which include a 50MP main sensor (1/1.56” with 1.0µm pixels) which has f/1.88 lens, gimbal stabilization and can shoot videos in 8K.
The other cameras are a 50MP sensor with 120-degrees Ultrawide angle, and a 14.6 MP sensor which has optical image stabilization and is also a 3x telephoto cam. There’s a 16MP camera at the front, housed in a hole-punch.
