Oppo tablet: Oppo releases first ever Android tablet

We can clearly see that Oppo tablet the design is inspired by Apple’s iPad Air.

Oppo tablet is the first ever Android tablet produced and commercially sold by Oppo, making the company join the bandwagon of tablet makers i.e Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi etc.

The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 870 chip and an Adreno 650 GPU, supported by 6/8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM.

The display features a LCD LTPS screen with 120Hz refresh rate and 480 nits of peak brightness. It also supports HDR 10.

The body design is a metal frame with a frosted glass black, I don’t think it’s a Gorilla glass.

For the camera section, it sports a single 13 MP f/2.2 rear camera and an 8 MP front camera.

This tablet has some cool features like  support for a stylus which they call the oppo pencil, and it also has a smart external keyboard which can connect magnetically to the tablet. Both of these are not included in the box but can be purchased differently for CNY 499 and CNY 399 respectively.

The tablet comes with Android 11 out-of-the-box and ColorOS 12. The battery is a 8,360 mAh with a fast charging rate of 33W.

The Oppo tablet comes in two variants depending on the storage option you need. The 6/128 GB variant is $363, while the 8/256 GB variant is $474.

The tablet is a good mid-range tablet, but if you’re interested in a high end one, I think you should check out the Samsung Galaxy tab S8
