Xiaomi Launched the Mix Fold 2 on the same day as Samsung launched their Z Fold 4 and the Mix Fold 2 seems to measure up to the Z fold 4 in terms of specifications.
The Mix fold 2 measures 161.1 x 73.9 x 11.2 in millimeters when folded, but when opened up, its 161.1 x 144.7 x 5.4 mm. It features a 6.56″ AMOLED display upfront, having a resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels and 120Hz of refresh rate. Its protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+.
The Inner foldable display on the other hand, is a 8.02″ OLED screen, which is a 120Hz display (which can vary, thanks to LTPO2) having 1914 x 2160 pixels in resolution and its brightness peaks at 1300 nits. Xiaomi went with the Schott UTG glass for the protection of the inner display.
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip is only right for a flagship device like the Mix Fold 2, and its aided by 12GB of RAM, and 256GB/512GB/1TB of UFS 3.1 storage space. The software bring the Android 12 and the MIUI Fold 13 which is likely get the MIUI 14 update.
The camera section of the Mix Fold 2 had some software upgrades from Leica, making it the second model to benefit from the Xiaomi-Leica partnership. The Main camera is a 50 MP camera which is a IMX766 sensor having OIS and Leica optics. The other camera modules are a 13 MP Ultra wide camera, and an 8 MP telephoto camera which has a 2x optical zoom.
The Mix Fold 2 comes with a modest 4,500 mAh battery which has 67W fast wired charging enabled which can get you from zero to 100% in 40 minutes. The device comes in Black and Gold colors.
This amazing foldable is not currently available in Bangladesh, or the world at large. you’d have to import from china to get your hands on one.
